1. About BOBS.gg

BOBS.gg ("we," "us," or "our") is a cashback rewards platform that enables users to earn Robux by making qualifying purchases inside partnered Roblox game experiences. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

The platform is operated by the BOBS.gg team and accessible at bobsss.xyz and associated subdomains.

2. Eligibility

To use BOBS.gg you must:

• Hold a valid Roblox account in good standing
• Be of the minimum age required by Roblox's own Terms of Service in your country
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not be barred from using our services under applicable law

If you are under 18 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. How Cashback Works

When you make a qualifying in-game purchase inside a partnered Roblox experience, BOBS.gg verifies the transaction through official Roblox APIs and credits you with a Robux reward. Rewards are distributed via official Roblox mechanisms (Group Payouts or Open Cloud APIs) and are subject to the following conditions:

• Only purchases made in officially partnered games are eligible
• Each qualifying purchase generates one cashback event — duplicate or reversed transactions are excluded
• Reward rates and eligible games may change at any time
• We reserve the right to withhold rewards if we detect fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or attempts to exploit the system
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency by us

4. Roblox Terms Compliance

BOBS.gg operates as a third-party platform under Roblox's Creator Third-Party App Program. By using BOBS.gg you acknowledge that:

• All Robux payouts are distributed exclusively through official Roblox mechanisms
• BOBS.gg does not sell Robux or facilitate the purchase or exchange of Robux outside of Roblox's official systems
• Your use of the platform must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Community Standards at all times
• Any violation of Roblox's Terms that results in suspension or termination of your Roblox account may also result in loss of pending rewards, for which BOBS.gg bears no liability

5. Account and Authentication

BOBS.gg uses Roblox OAuth to authenticate users. You do not create a separate password with us. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Roblox account.

We may suspend or terminate your BOBS.gg access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or pose a risk to other users or our partners.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Attempt to manipulate, spoof, or falsify transaction data to claim unearned rewards
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with BOBS.gg or partnered games to generate fraudulent cashback events
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent reward limits or bans
• Reverse, chargeback, or dispute a qualifying purchase after receiving the associated reward
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our platform or its infrastructure
• Use our service in any way that violates Roblox's Terms of Use or applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

The BOBS.gg name, logo, and all original content on the platform are our intellectual property. "Roblox," "Robux," and associated marks are the property of Roblox Corporation. BOBS.gg does not claim any ownership over Roblox intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers

BOBS.gg is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that rewards will always be delivered within a specific timeframe. Roblox API availability is outside our control, and downtime affecting reward delivery is not our liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOBS.gg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including lost rewards or account suspension. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the equivalent Robux value of rewards credited to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of BOBS.gg after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes occur.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indaiatuba, São Paulo, Brazil.
